This policy explains what Dean System Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us") collects through the RockTurners marketing site and pilot invite form, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

When you request a pilot invite we collect your email address and, only if you choose to provide them, optional fields: your name, what best describes you, your investing/analysis experience, what you currently use to research stocks, how you would use RockTurners, and whether you'd like occasional product updates. We do not ask for, and you should not send, any personal financial information (income, net worth, account balances, holdings).

For traffic measurement we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that record aggregate page-load metrics. We do not set advertising cookies or build cross-site profiles.

2. How we use it

To contact you about the closed pilot and product updates, to understand what to build first, and to operate and secure the site (including rate-limiting abusive form submissions). Invite requests are delivered to our support mailbox by our email-delivery provider.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it to train external AI models. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service — an email-delivery provider and our hosting/infrastructure providers — under contracts that limit their use to providing those services.

4. Retention

We keep invite requests until the pilot concludes or you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first.

5. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your invite request by emailing [email protected].

6. Security

We protect submissions in transit with HTTPS and limit access to the request data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. A final policy will be provided before the pilot opens.
